REVIVE MEMBERSHIP

Revive Facial offers an affordable membership for those who seek monthly skin treatments at a discounted rate. For just $120 per month, members may receive (1) custom facial OR (1) "bacial".

Inclusions:

The facial would include a steamed double cleanse, analysis, hair removal (if desired), exfoliation, minor extractions, mask, serum, moisturizer, eye cream, and lip moisture.

 

​Pros:

1. Sessions may be gifted (same month use)

​

2. Membership rates will never increase

    without consent of the member

​

3. Members will have access

    to seasonal offerings at

    a discounted rate and retail

    promotions quarterly*

4. Members may cancel the

    membership at any time*

Cons:

1. If a member does not use the session or

    fails to gift it, the member forfeits the

    session ("use it or lose it").

​​*Quarterly retail promotion: may be redeemed (1) time per the following months: March/June/Sept/December. The retail promotion may be found under the "promos/discounts" tab on the homepage of www.therevivefacial.com

*Cancellation policy: Please notify the practitioner via text (302) 362-1640 before 5pm on the 30th of any given month (28th of February) to cancel your membership and to avoid further charges. Members cannot suspend their membership and Revive Facial will not issue refunds for membership dues for any reason. Members who cancel their membership will not be permitted to rejoin the membership within the same calendar year.
